Kombu

KombuKombu is edible kelp from the family Laminariaceae widely eaten in East Asia. It may also be referred to as konbu, dashima or haidai.

Scientific name: Saccharina japonica

Very helpful in preventing breast cancer and thyroid tumor or nodules, and goiter, and preventing colon cancer. IT contains sodium alginate that can chelate with heavy metals such as Cadmium and then throw them out of the body.
